Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book or register?+
No. Just walk in, pick a machine and pay. There is no booking and no sign-up.
How long does a wash and dry take?+
Under an hour. Washing takes about 25–30 minutes and drying between 10 and 30, depending on the programme.
Is detergent included?+
Yes. Detergent, softener and ozone disinfectant are included in the wash price, so you only need to bring your laundry.
How can I pay?+
Card, cash (there is a change machine if you have no coins) or through the app.
Can I wash pet blankets and beds?+
Yes. Most of our laundromats have a Pet Corner: a washer and a dryer used only for pet textiles, separate from the rest.
How much does a wash cost?+
4 € for the 8 kg machine, 5 € for 11 kg, 6 € for 14 kg and 7 € for 18 kg. Drying is 2 € per 10 minutes. Detergent is included.
Are the machines cleaned between uses?+
Yes. The washers sanitise themselves with ozone on every cycle, so each wash starts on a clean drum.
Can I wash a duvet or a blanket?+
Yes. The 18 kg machines take a king-size duvet or several blankets in one go.
Do I have to stay while it washes?+
You don't. Many people run an errand nearby and come back when the cycle is done. Bear in mind the last wash starts at 22:30.
Is there somewhere to fold?+
Yes, every site has wide folding tables so you can leave with everything folded.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes. If you need an invoice for your business, get in touch and we'll sort it.
